9. Deduction of salary of a school teacher on account of unauthorized absence shall be authorized. 10. To ensure that every type of property of the school is properly taken care of and if there is any damage to the property, the same shall be reported to the Administrative Officer / Village / District Panchayat Education Committee / Town Primary Education Committee. 11. He shall be responsible for keeping in safe custody the school fee money or government head money remaining after disbursement of government money or completion of work till the pay center is remitted to the headmaster of the school. (Such fees or money to be remitted by the Headmaster to the Headmaster of the Salary Center School before the end of every month.) 12. The student, teacher, employee or parent of the school will be given copies of certificates, samples, mark sheets as required within the prescribed time limit. 13. He shall perform such other duties relating to elementary education as may be prescribed by the Administrative Officers or he shall act in accordance with the instructions issued relating thereto. 14. The entire management of the mid-day meal scheme of the school will be done by the head teacher. 15. Shall monitor the regular attendance and performance of the School Lunch Manager. 16. Regarding mid-day meal, the work of the teachers has to be shared. 17. Will supervise the preparation of meals as per weekly plan. 18. All the grants received under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan shall be properly spent and the same shall be audited.

 

 

19. It will be the duty to see that the grant for physical facilities received in respect of the missing needs of the school is properly spent. 20. Under SSA, it will be the duty of the CRC, BRC to follow and cooperate as directed by the Co-ordinator. 21. The DISE form received from SSA must be filled and sent intact. 22. Admission of children to school should be done as per the rules prescribed for admission to primary education institution. 23. Appropriate information about the school shall be provided as required by the Government or local authority. 24. According to the norms directed by the government, the school management committee has to be formed and the school development plan has to be prepared in coordination with it. 25. If the teacher does not perform the specified duty, after hearing the teacher as per the applicable service rules, the administrative officer has to be informed to take disciplinary action against him. 26. It shall be mandatory to see that no teacher engages in private tuition or private education activities. 27. Attested copies of certificates of self and teachers regarding training etc. should be properly maintained by the doctor. 28. The money coming to the school should be managed according to the rules and instructions issued by the government.. For new matters, as necessary, the school teachers and the responsible members of the SMC should be discussed and acted upon.

 

 

29. Account of all money spent in the school, receipts, outgoings, matured bills, vouchers, checks given (with amount and date, number) etc. should be prepared and maintained in appropriate forms (daily, voucher file, bill file, tender) keeping in mind the previous notice, rules or written information from time to time. file etc.) will remain. 30. The amount donated to the school should be immediately accessed and deposited in the school’s education fund and used for school development as per rules. 31. The teacher grant received by the school or the grant related to other programs should be deposited daily and paid to the responsible teacher and the voucher bills should be obtained from that teacher and the account should be properly maintained. 32. Scholarship, uniform assistance or other amount received by the school shall be paid immediately to the beneficiary and the receipts and accounts shall be maintained.– “ 33. All the rules issued by the government have to be followed strictly. 34. The main responsibility of all types of grants coming to the school shall be the Headmaster and all grants shall be reported to the members of the School Management Committee (SMC) for proper discussion and proper utilization and necessary expenditure shall be maintained. 35. The head teacher will have to do 18 hours (period) of teaching in the school every week. Besides, Samant will have knowledge of educational trends, methods, procedures and techniques and will implement them.
